Term of sevices 2024
commission takes time approximately 1 month if get no fixing feedback or just minority fix
if there are many fixing Feedback or client slow response would take 1-2 month
work process
1.after read the brief artist will sent skect of compose 2 or 3 picture to client to choose
//If the brief have specific pose or perspctive .artist will sent only 1 picture
2.after client pick up .artist will skecth more clear
3.sent 100% art work
4.If nocomment or feedback artist will upload the work to Google drive floder and sent ggd link to client Email on the next day
Paymanet agreement
1.payment upfront 50% when sketch of compose been chosen and paid 50% the rest when the work done
2.If client do not pay 50%the rest ...artist would not give back the first half that client have paid ...no refund!
5.If client want to cancels the que client have to pay for the work If artist has start working
6.if client nonresponse for 2month artist would get 100% authority on the art work and client would got Blacklist
7.fixing/request are additional charge
condition
1.artist have permission to post the art on artist's social media
2.artist can post the art on artist's portfolio website online and offline
3.artist can put soft grid watermark if client ask for .If client did not mention about watermark .artist will put only "name of artist" and commission for "name of Client"
4.after 1 years artist have permission to post the artwork on social media without asking client permission
5.artist can post WIP (work in progress) on social media by capture some part of work that been working
6.If client ask for watermark credit on the character face ...I would put the watermark cover only 25% of the character face and put only one position
7. decine commission that cannot post on social media
8.feel to give/not give artist credit but do not claim credit of the artist
9.You may NOT use the artwork for any sort of Ai training
I have the right to decline your commission for any reason, especially if it goes against my terms.
